Has my order been sent yet?

please allow for 5-7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. domestic takes 7-10 days. international delivery is not avaiable yet. 

Can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.

Part of my order is missing

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please fill out and submit an online return request and follow directions as instructed. (Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please

Shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Please allow for 5-7 days for your order to be processed and shipped

Modern Clothing Co puts forth efforts to accurately display the colors on its products. Modern Clothing Co does not guarantee that your monitor's display of any colors will be accurate.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our store accepts exchanges only. Please be advised that we cannot accept items being returned for a refund.

Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of order arrival to the customer.

Clothing that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted for exchange.

Music, media, and accessories must be unopened, unused, and in condition, as received.

How long will it take for my Return/Exchange to be processed?
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed through our exchange department. A representative will be in contact with you (via the email address used to place your order) to provide further details and updates.

 


Return Tracking
Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items for exchange. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless we have obtained proof of delivery.


What if the exchange item I want is out of stock?

We cannot guarantee your item desired for exchange will be in stock. If we are unable to offer exchanges because a specific style or size has sold out, we will contact you for alternative options.
